Award Qualifications:

All - Must be a traditional guardsman (M-Day) or title 32 state active duty service member. 

Served at least one enlistment or completed at least 3 state Annual Training periods. 

Maintain a “Jack Shack” or equivalent in your guard facility duty location.

Consume at least 1x Tornado and 1x Monster energy drink (or equivalent) every three days, regardless of order or service member status. 

Know or are aware of personal unit allegations to include unprofessional work environments, unprofessional relationships, fraternization, preferential treatment, improper use of government funds or equipment, and fraud.

Must willingly disregard regulations to include but not limited to AR 670-1.

Additional Aircrew Requirements - (M-Day) Utilized all AFTPs within the first two calendar months of the FY and willing to “Fly for the Flag” if necessary.
