The Progression – Our programming is built on the premise of progressing at certain “readiness levels” in the gym just like in the aircraft. We strive to help mold elite humans in all aspects of life. These progressions will transform you from a beginner in the gym to a seasoned vet. As you can see from the timelines in each program's description, this doesn’t happen overnight. The most important part of any of these programs is consistency – making working out and bettering yourself priorities in your busy life. Follow these programs from Beginner (Readiness Level 3) to Elite (Pilot in Command) over the course of the year(s). Understand your limits, be true to what category you fall into, and we guarantee you’ll produce the results you’ve always wanted.
