Fulfillment Time

Production First, Then Shipping: The estimated shipping time shown at checkout does not include production time.

Many items are custom printed or embroidered and are not pulled from warehouse stock.

We aim to fulfill all orders within 48-72 business hours, but this is not a guarantee. We do not fulfill orders over the weekend. Orders that contain embroidery may take longer.

Shipping Time

Shipping estimates at checkout (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage or UPS) reflect the time in transit only once the package has left our facility.

Military APO/FPO: USPS only
If you are shipping to an APO/FPO and the system offers UPS, the address has likely been entered incorrectly. Please refer to our FAQs on how to input an APO address. 

Orders that include products from Tridents Edge, Mach 1, and On the Ball will ship separately from their respective facilities. As such, multiple shipping labels and corresponding costs may apply.

Title & Risk of Loss

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, Brotallion is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

Return to Sender (RTS) Packages

If an order is returned to Brotallion due to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at checkout:

  • You will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label in order for the package to be re-sent.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, and your order will remain on hold until the correct address and new label are confirmed.

Delays & Exceptions

Tridents Edge, On the Ball Coffee, and Mach1 Hot Sauce items are fulfilled independently and may take longer than standard Brotallion apparel, stickers, or gear.

Bulk orders may require extended processing time due to the size of the order. 

Holidays, weather events, and carrier delays may impact shipping speed and are out of our control.

Military & International Shipping

We proudly ship to military addresses via USPS. Please consult our FAQ or reach out for proper formatting guidance.

International Orders: DHL handles international shipping for faster and more reliable delivery. Customs and import duties may apply.
