Final Sale Items
Most of our products are custom made (printed, embroidered, or otherwise made to order) and therefore all sales are final. We do not carry inventory for these items, and as such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Printed items
- Embroidered Items
- Custom/Unit Apparel
Quality Issues & Mistakes
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. We will offer a replacement or refund for issues such as:
- Tears or stains
- Print or embroidery defects
- Wrong item, size, or color
To initiate a quality claim, please contact us here and include:
- A photo of the item laid flat, clearly showing the size tag and issue
- A brief description of the problem
- Your order number
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Returnable Items
For non-custom, stock items (e.g., standard woobies, books, etc), we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date the item was received, provided the item is:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In its original condition
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Brotallion error.
Important Notes
Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.
Items sent back to us without first contacting our team will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
If you ordered the wrong size of made to order item, we’re happy to offer a replacement at a reduced rate (up to 40% off).
