This program was designed for the common Nomad constantly on the move, but in the search of savagery without access to the gym. This program blends the elements of plyometrics, isolated movements, and calisthenics to increase muscle speed, growth, and work capacity. Though the element of strength is gone, this workout takes you through 8 grueling workouts that you can do from your own home or hotel room with no equipment. 

The purpose of this is to get your lazy-ass moving when stuck at home or traveling and to stop making excuses as to why you can’t workout in certain environments. There’s always something that can be moved around, and you always have your body weight. The Neanderthals never had actual gyms or fancy equipment, be like them and EARN YOUR SPOT!
