Inspired by: Hell's WOPAS Eagle Chapter, 326th Medical Battalion, Camp Eagle, 1970.
WOPA is an acronym for "Warrant Officers Protection Association." Painted by pilot Mike Bruce on the door of the Warrant Officer's hooch. The artwork is a parody of the Hells Angels motorcycle club's logo.
WOPA was an informal, tongue-in-cheek reference to the fraternal tendencies of the Warrant Officer corps. On a solemn note, the 326th lost thirty-six members KIA during their four years in Vietnam.
